My services are diverse and include repairs all around your house and office. I can fix your plumbing problems (including burst pipes), install new fixtures both plumbing and electrical, fix an electrical problem, change out your front door, repaint rooms, repair drywall mishaps, remodel your bathroom or kitchen, build custom cabinets and bookcases, install new handrails, replace stairs, install flooring (wood, tile, sheet goods), install all types of tub surrounds, repair furniture, restore and refinish antiques. This list can go on and mention most everything you may need done. I also design remodels and add-ons and provide plans for plan check and permits, I have had numerous basement finishes and garages go through Regional without a problem. Because I am a one man operation I offer personal service on each project. I have carried an E-license with the Regional Building department of the Pikes Peak region and insurance when it was necessary for certain projects. I am in good standing with Regional and the Better Business bureau; in the 33 years of business I have not had a complaint. Large projects are not outside of my ability as I can expand my workforce for them as needed. All estimates are supplied on a Proposal and Contract form and well defined as to the scope and details of the project so that we are on the same page for the project.
